Del Grippo Builders is a family-owned and operated company, established over 40 years ago by Leonard Del Grippo, Sr. Mr. Del Grippo later enlisted the aid of his son, Leonard Del Grippo, Jr., to create the formidable entity that Del Grippo Builders is today. Del Grippo Builders prides itself on paying close attention to their customers’ custom home desires and creating positive working relationships with not only the municipalities, but the multiple companies with which Del Grippo Builders works in conjunction to create their customers’ ideal homes.
Today’s President, Leonard Del Grippo, Jr., strives for excellence in customer satisfaction by creating unique relationships with his clients and by being accessible to the customer. Leonard enjoys a “hands-on” relationship with his clients and the numerous companies with which Del Grippo Builders works to create beautiful custom homes.

Leonard Del Grippo, Jr.
Leonard Del Grippo, Jr. began working in construction at a young age; following his father’s footsteps and guidance throughout much of his youth. After graduating from Kenrick Catholic High School, Leonard began working with his father full-time; gaining perspective on how not only homes are built, but how customer’s are satisfied.
Now, Leonard has grown into his role as President of Del Grippo Builders, with over 28 years of experience providing the foundation for success.
Customer satisfaction remains an ultimate goal for Leonard and his team at Del Grippo Builders. Leonard is constantly seeking development potential throughout the area, in both vacant and occupied land.
When Leonard is not creating the beautiful custom homes that Del Grippo Builders is known for, he enjoys spending time with his wife and three children. Leonard’s eldest son is a star baseball player for Temple University, where Leonard enjoys watching his son play. Leonard’s daughter is a senior in high school, looking forward to graduating and continuing her education in the area. And Leonard’s, youngest son will be a senior in high school and joins his father during his summer’s off from school, helping out in the field.
Leonard Del Grippo, Jr. lives in Worcester Township in a home he built for his family; however, before this home, Leonard resided in a community that he built with his father almost 20 years ago.
